SUMMER ADVENTURE CAMP
 
Yoga , Daily Drill , Taekwandoo lessons , Evening Drill , Night Camp fun , Specially diet plan as suggested by the Dietician if required , Low Calorie diet if required , Its great for people who wish to loose weight & Inches , Exotic Himalayan Locations .

Day 1 arrive and transfer to the campsite.Introduction of Camp members. Distribution of tents, freshen up. Breakfast. Pep talk, free time at Camp . Lunch. Daily Drill Jungle walk for acclimatisation and knowledge on tent pitching. Back to the camp for evening tea. Free time. Treasure hunt. Dinner.Over night in Camp

Day 2 Wake up call for the sunrise view of the Great Himalayas. Surya Namaskar & Yoga . Breakfast. Daily Drill Hike (Short Trek) to rock climbing area. Rock scrambling and bouldering. Packed lunch. Rappelling with the help of the ropes and other equipment. Back to the camp for evening tea. First Lessons on Taekwando. Star gazing. Dinner Over night in Camp

Day 3 Wake up call. Daily Drill Morning P.T. & Yoga Breakfast. Packed Lunch.We visit the famous Villages around and understand there life style later Second Lessons on Taekwando Creative and Positive talks on the effects of the programme. Night March. Dinner

Day 4 Wake up call & Yoga Breakfast Daily Drill River Crossing all activities are conducted,supervised and demonstrated by qualified and experienced instructors. Lunch. Third Lessons on Taekwando Retire at the end of the day as you will now feel like ???? a expert

Day 5 Depart from the Campsite to onwards destination
